Yahoo Boys Can Be Useful For Us In Future – EFCC Chairman, Ibrahim Magu Says!!!

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has revealed its plans to rehabilitate internet fraudsters, known popularly as Yahoo Yahoo boys.

This was made known by Ibrahim Magu, acting chairman of the commission, while delivering a paper entitled, ‘Strategic change administration and innovation to curb corruption in Nigeria’, at the third all administrators national conference of the Chartered Institute of Administration, in Lagos, on Thursday.

According to Magu, these Yahoo Yahoo boys can be of use to the agency in the future, if they are rehabilitated.

Magu said:-

“So if you carry money from Nigeria and escape to Ghana, we will just call the men in Ghana and say, ‘arrange this man and keep him for me’,” he said.

“This is what the Yahoo-Yahoo boys like to do. But we are planning to rehabilitate them because they can be useful to us in the future.”

Nollywood actor Aremu Afolayan has once again reacted to the rumors on him dating older women in the society.

In a new interview with The Punch, Aremu mentioned that it is nobody’s business if he does that and even at that, it is an old news that was once circulated across the media.

The versatile actor, who referred to himself as a prostitute in business, mentioned that he is involved in so many businesses.

He said:

That is an old gist, and I really don’t want to talk about it. But, even if I am doing that, it is nobody’s business. I am sure (the people talking, would) also want to do that (if they had the opportunity). I am a businessman, and you can actually refer to me as a prostitute in business.

I sell cars, clothes, wristwatches, and many other things. Dating someone older than one is different from someone older paying one’s bills. I don’t think there is anything wrong in dating or marrying someone older than one.”

Aremu also mentioned that most female celebrities make more money than their male counterparts because they involve themselves in lots of side businesses.

HEAR WHAT MARK ZUCKERBERG SAID ABOUT BILLIONAIRES

Billionaire Facebook owner, Mark Zuckerberg, has echoed suggestions from US politician, Bernie Sanders, that billionaires shouldn’t exist

The Facebook CEO, worth around $66.6bn, made the remarks during a live Q&A session on his social media platform.

When asked to talk about how he feels about comments made by Sanders, who says that billionaires shouldn’t and – under his government – wouldn’t exist, Zuckerberg said he agrees.

According to him: “I understand where he’s coming from. I don’t know that I have an exact threshold on what amount of money someone should have but on some level, no one deserves to have that much money.

I think that if you do something that is good, you should get rewarded. But I do think that some of the wealth that is accumulated is unreasonable.

On some level, it is not fair; but it may be optimal in that it is better than the alternative, which is that the government chooses the funding for all of the scientific research.”

Mr Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, have previously pledged to give 99% of their Facebook shares away over their lifetime, through the Chan Zuckerberg initiative.
